Wexford PPN, although based at County Hall, operates independently of Wexford County Council.
Wexford PPN works collaboratively with Wexford County Council rather than being a completely independent entity. This means that Wexford PPN pay a fee to Wexford County Council for office space etc., and the employment of PPN staff is facilitated through Wexford County Council. However, Wexford County Council are not involved in the operation of Wexford PPN.
As with all PPNs, Wexford PPN is part funded by Wexford County Council, with further funding coming from the Department of Rural & Community Development.
